Delivery

Standard carriage is charged at £9.50 plus VAT up to 30kg on all UK mainland deliveries except Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and any other islands or remote areas of the UK. If a timed delivery is required e.g. pre-noon or earlier, or you require a delivery to a location outside the UK mainland, then please contact Fire Trade Supplies for pricing.

(Please be advised that shipments over 30kg or goods over 1.5mtrs in length will be subject to additional carriage charges regardless of delivery location)

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
