Excessive postage cost

£13.00 delivery on a piece of silicon is excessive and only added after checkout on PayPal with no warning ☹️

Thank you for your comment - as we ship worldwide our shipping price is calculated when the recipient enters their desired destination, this price is displayed before any payment is made.

I Believe this was purchased using ApplePay, as the address is already pre-registered it will display the shipping cost before payment is made. We also advertise our shipping terms on the front page of the website. Orders over £100 are free, and anything under is £10.95 Ex VAT

We only offer a tracked next day service for our items, however i will raise the point to see if we can offer a more cost effective solution for smaller item orders with slightly longer delivery times.
